Rocklin, CA – Chang Brothers came about during the 2002 Growth of Placer County. Rocklin California pitched in its fair share to Placer County in earning its title as the “Fastest Growing County” in California. Jack and Dennis Chang thought about how they would be able to share their meals with the people of Rocklin, California. The brothers worked and thought together to give us what is known today as “Chang Brothers Gourmet Chinese Food”.
